Black Bar on Right Side

    First of all thanks for the WordPress Promo Slider as it appears to be what I was looking for.

    I have tried and tried to get this working and as you can see on this page there is a black bar to the right of the one images I put up and I can’t see where the problem lies.

    • Installed and activated the slider
    • Added two promotions and set each featured image as the full size 590×250
    • Slider Options – “Full Size”
    • Added this code to the test page – [promoslider category=”home”]

    I would sure appreciate any help you might have here tremendously.

    I went to look at the slider and it seems the plugin is inactive. Can you reactivate and I will try again?

    I have had this same issue when creating a with 3 slider images. Each one of the images has a gray bar to the right. I checked the sizes against the originals on my computer and it seems that it is the sliders placeholder box showing from behind. The images are 600 X 101 but they are getting reduced down and showing the grey box behind. Any Ideas on how I can fix this.

    Update: Found a work around until I can figure out a true reason this is happening.

    I figured out that it was the slider image in the plugins folder.
    Plugins/Promotional-Slider/CSS/Images

    I just changed the name for now so that it does not show up. Later I will just create an empty file to use in its place.

    If your uploaded images are being sized down smaller than you originally uploaded, you may want to check the image size that is set in the slider options.
