 * when installing WP on my server, i encountered this error message:

   in /mounted-storage/home11/sub002/sc16797-RVOJ/theblob.co.il/wp-admin/install.

 * Yes you have a blank line or space somewhere.
    Re-do wp-configsample.php or download
   another one.

 * strangely enough, it was the encoding of this file (had to change it from utf-
   8 to ANSI).
