# BIzarre Lost Password Problem…

 * Okay, so I’ve lost the admin password for a particular site.
 * I do have FTP and MyPHPAdmin access.
 * I have tried literally everything on this list:

 * And nothing works. I have changed password in the database, I have changed the
   email address of the admin user and tried to recover that way… but I still cannot
   get in.
 * What could be blocking this? My changes seem to be real in that the database 
   has indeed been edited, but the login page gets me nowhere.
 * THoughts?
