Bitnami WordPress PHP folder only show img folder

    Hi,
    I used the bitnami-wordpress 4.9.5.0 version to install the wrodpress. Everything is fine and welcome page can shown properly. I intent to execute the PHP file for every 10 minutes. During adding the task then I intent to select the folder of PHP file and found it only shown “img” folder and nothing can be selected. Can you let me know what kind of possibility error can cause this happen?

    By the way, i have installed the bitmami-wordpress as super user but it does not work out as well. Also, i have tried Mac OS and Windows version, but the result is the same.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late reply. I did not receive notification emails for some reasons.

    I’m not sure about the cause of your problem. It could be a browser extension blocking some images such as ad-block. In that case, change the browser. It could be due to a PHP version. It could be plugin/theme conflicts. In that case, try a clean install test site with only Task Scheduler. It could be a JavaScript error. In that case, open the console panel in the browser and it should let you know what error is occurring.
