# Bit.ly doesn’t work

 * Hi,
 * I have configured the bit.ly login and API key but when I clink on the “copy 
   link” button (int the post page) the plugin return the standard link to the clipboard.
   
   Are there anything that I should do to have the bit.ly short link instead of 
   the standard one?
 * Thank you in advance for your help, the plugin is really great.

 * Sorry about that. Seems, bit.ly url shortener is not working for `Copy Link` 
   icon. We will take care of this in the upcoming releases.
