Birtday error when adding or modifying a contact; returned: RESULT_CODE_HUNG)

I’m currently developing and testing my business website, so I installed the Fluent CRM plugin with no issues there;

Then when adding a contact I was keying in all its details and birthday the dropdown (especially the year selection) stopped working. When I forced it to stop the return code I got was RESULT_CODE_HUNG
The next step was to add a contact with no birthday data, then I proceeded to modify it, typed other details, IE city, state, etc, and everything was ok, but when I tried the birthday, the page hung again.
It may worth mentioning, I have it running at a local WordPress installation using XAMPP.

Can you please check the console from your browsers developer toolbar when you are trying to select the year. If you are seeing any error in the browser console, then please share a screenshot here so we can have a better understanding of what might be causing this issue.

Hello @sitmex,

Can you please share a screenshot of the error?

Also, the issue is probably occurring due to an internal conflict on your site. You can try disabling all the plugins temporarily except FluentCRM and then test again to check if there are any plugin conflicts which might be causing this issue.
