Binary Values Checkbox?

Morning,
Me again!
I have a custom field which is a simple checkbox, and therefore stored as a 0 or 1 in the database. Is there a way to show this on an element as Yes or No, True/False, etc. rather than the raw data? I know that it is possible to change the data type from text to number to HTML, etc. but can’t find one which appears to be relevant.

So its not an option within the UI, but with a bit of coding, you would be able to do this.
