# Billing / Shipping fields problem

 * Hello,
 * we got a problem with the shipping fields. When a customer wants that the product
   is shipped somewhere else he or she can select the checkbox “shipping to another
   adress”, but after clicking the checkbox no shipping fields are appearing.
    Its
   like this since a few days (probably since the update). How can I change it?

 * They must be a theme or plugin conflict occurring. Specifically, whatever is 
   causing these two js errors: [http://cld.wthms.co/xZEB/58g9xt03](http://cld.wthms.co/xZEB/58g9xt03)
 * Try temporarily switching back to the WordPress Twenty Sixteen Theme, or [Storefront](http://www.woothemes.com/storefront/),
   and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then
   slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
