    Hello,
    I have received an order in my store in which a customer entered her address and ZIP Code as her actual address. However, the billing/shipping country was the store base country as I think. In other words, Street and city address And ZIP Code belongs to a specific country as customer entered, however, the Billing/shipping country is different which happened to be the store base country in my case.
    Why is this happening?
    Your help is appreciated.

    It sounds like you’ve set Default customer location to “Shop base address” under WooCommerce > Settings > General – if your shop is in the US (for instance), United States is pre-selected unless your customer changes it. To avoid this, you can change the selection to “No location by default” or “Geolocate”

    Hi,
    Thanks for the reply.
    No Default customer location was set to“Geolocate”.
    By the way, it doesn’t happen with all orders. It happened with two orders until now. Other orders were successfully entered.
    Any insight would be appreciated.

    Thanks for the additional information.

    That’s strange! as it does not happen with all orders, it sounds more likely this is being caused by a conflict with another plugin.

    Can you please temporarily disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and switch to one of the default themes like Storefront and start placing test orders?

    Ideally, you could duplicate your site and set up a staging environment to run the tests. If your host doesn’t offer that option, we recommend WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.
