Billing Inquiry

    An ex-employee set up our website. We have no info as to what was set up, other than the domain is through Google Domains. We were billed $299.00 from WordPress, please advise what this is for as our site is down and Google says it’s not from their end.

    As far as I can see, your domain is registered through Google but is not in use. There are no DNS records.

    WordPress.org has nothing to bill you for. Please check the bill you received for contact info as your query here is mis-directed.
