 * Hi there,
 * My customers are trying to check out on my website, but are finding that the
   billing section isn’t appearing, and getting constant billing fields errors for
   every field, and unable to get any further. This is loosing me customers, and
   so frustrating! I’m not sure what on earth is happening or how to fix it?!
 * Please can I get some help?
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fbilling-fields-error%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Hi there,
 * I took a look at the site, and tried adding a [test product](https://littleblackcatjewellery.com/product/handmade-sterling-silver-serenity-stack-huggie-hoop-earrings/)
   to the Cart, then proceeded to Checkout.
 * I was able to go through the Billing Info section without any issues — the fields
   loaded fine, and I was able to enter information, then continued on to the payment
   section without seeing any error messages.
 * What are the errors that your customers are getting? Are you able to reproduce
   the issue yourself?
 * If you can send screenshots of the issue, that could be helpful as well. I recommend
   [https://snipboard.io](https://snipboard.io) for easily sharing screenshots –
   please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply
   here.
 * If it is only happening with specific products or specific address/info, please
   let us know about that as well (URLs and test addresses would be helpful)

 * Hi there,
 * It seems to be an intermittent error, as it also happened on August 7th, and
   I thought it was customer error, but has happened again, and I don’t know how
   many times it may have happened without a customer reporting it.

 * Hi there,
 * I see — with intermittent errors, it’s definitely a lot trickier to try to narrow
   down what is causing the issue.
 * Please share a copy of your site’s System Status so we can see if anything sticks
   out there. You can find it via **WooCommerce > Status**. Select “Get system report”
   and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in
   your reply. Please note that since this is a public forum, you may want to remove
   any sensitive information that you don’t want shared publicly.
 * Also, please check under **WooCommerce > Status > Logs**, and see if there are
   any entries in the dropdown for “fatal-errors”. If there are, open them up and
   send the contents here.
 * If you are able to reproduce the error yourself (even just intermittently, i.
   e. once every 10 times or so), you could try setting up a staging site and performing
   conflict testing to see if you are able to narrow down what’s causing the issue.
   Usually, problems with page sections not showing and random errors on fields
   will be caused by conflicts with code in either the site’s theme or another active
   plugin on the site. We have a guide for conflict testing here:
    [https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/)
 * To avoid affecting your customers, you may want to do that testing on a staging
   site. If you don’t have one already, your hosting company might offer one as
   part of your package. Alternatively, you can use a free plugin like [https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/)

 * Hi [@littleblackcatjewellery](https://wordpress.org/support/users/littleblackcatjewellery/),
 * Hopefully, you were able to get this conflict sorted out. Since it’s been a while
   since we last heard back from you, I’m going to mark this thread resolved.
 * If you have any questions or trouble, please open up a new thread and we’ll be
   happy to help out.
 * Take care 👋
