    Hi,

when an order is created (a quote is converted into an order), the invoice that can be downloaded from the dashboard doesn’t contain the billing address of the customer (only email is there).

Yet shipping and billing addresses are setup.

    What could be the reason?

    Regards

    Hi @asudfr,

If the billing address is set in the order details, the PDF invoice should display it correctly, but if this is not happening, something could be interfering in the middle.

Could you double-check that the billing address exist in the order in which you are testing?

    hi

i can confirm billing address and shipping address are there for that user if i check adresses from their dashboard. I have the same problem as a user downloading the invoice from their dashboard and as administrator downloading the invoice from the order.

    Thanks for confirming that, @asudfr:

Could you also check which PDF template you have set in WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > General > Choose a template?

    Hi,

I have “simple” template. I have upgraded the plugin to the latest version. But I still have the same issue for some customers. Even in preview of that General screen, I don’t see the billing address. But i can see it for some other customers while both of them have a billing address.

@asudfr are you using a plugin to create quotes and then converting them to a normal order? If so, does this issue for orders that were not created from quotes?

    Hi,

yes we use WooCommerce – Request a quote. We can see billing address in quotes document. And they say invoices generation is not on their side. But i have created an order manually and i can see the invoice has the billing address…

Our plugin pulls the billing address from the order data itself. It seems that the quote order is saving the billing address in a different way than the normal Woocommerce order since the billing address prints as intended from a standard order. Or at least our plugin does not have access to the billing address in the usual way when the quote is converted to an order. Does this issue also occur with the shipping address?
