Billing

I’m a total newbie with WordPress.org – have been using wordpress.com for many years. I’ve been billed via Paypal for 85.00 GBP and I’ve no idea why. I can’t find a way of contacting anyone online. Can someone please help me so that i can ask for a refund. Many thanks
