 * Hello!
 * I understand that as an admin, I am able to provide translations for existing
   tags.
 * However, I wanted to know if it was possible to provide bilingual texts when
   creating/editing a new post – i.e. I write up the post in language 1, add some
   tags, switch to the tab of language 2, enter the translation of the post and
   translations of the tags I entered in language 1. The goal would be that my website’s
   authors have an easy way of translating their own tags and don’t need to visit
   another page after they have published their posts.
 * Edit: I just found out that to access the “Edit Tags” page, on which the Sublanguage
   translations can be entered, one has to have the capability “manage_post_tags”
   which the standard author roles does not have :/
 * Thanks in advance!
    Best Regards

 * Hello,
 * Firstly, unlike the “category” taxonomy, the “tags” taxonomy is set untranslatable
   by default. To make it translatable just go in settings>sublanguages and check
   the “Tags” checkbox after “Translate taxonomies”.
 * Currently there is no way to create directly a tag with both languages in the
   post edit screen. If you are a developer it’s totally possible to create a custom
   box with a custom user interface to implement it, but keep in mind the post editor
   screen is going to be completely redesigned in next big wp version.
 * The tag cloud will display all the tags, not just the translated ones. The untranslated
   tags will just be in the main language.
