Bilingual subscription video site

    Hello , i need to setup a wordpress site with the following main features

    1. multi-lingual (2 languages)
    2. subscriptions to restricted content
    3. restricted content is videos (preferably secured somehow)

    I have taken a look at paid membership pro plugin but i think some ports like area description is not multi lingual . Anyone with any suggestions ? In addition can someone suggest a service for video hosting ? I am thinking amazon simple storage but not sure if i can protect against video downloading.

    Any input is much appreciated.
