Big Title Section

I can’t seem to link the big buttons to any of the section. I’m trying to link the these to the “Our Focus” section and the “About Us” Section. Are these links hard-coded into the sections. If so, what are the links for each section. If not, how to I change the links for the sections.

Also, in the “about us” section do I have to use the zerif-lite widget or can I use the text widget. I want more formatting options which I can only get with the text widget.
