    Hi,

    We absolutely did NOT change our contract agreement. It is the same as when you bought our service BUT some people were buying our starter plan BUT had 100,000 visits to their site each month.

    The ONLY change we made is to ENFORCE OUR EXISTING LIMITS. That is all.

    We are happy to look at your account (please send us your website url to customerservice@zotabox.com)

    IF you exceed your monthly limits we can give you a deal. We hope to treat our customers right.

    Again we are only ENFORCING our existing limits. We did not change any monthly limits.

    Hi Nathan,

    I hope you see it in your heart to change your review as it vastly misleads our potential customers.

    You said we ‘changed’ the contract agreement. We absolutely did NOTHING of the sort. We merely enforced our EXISTING limits. (some people were taking advantage of us not previously doing this).

    I hope you understand and will update your review accordingly. We would be happy to look into your account for you. We always aim to treat our customers fairly.
