First, respectfully, PLEASE stop tagging me in all your other posts elsewhere in these forums.
Second, this would need to be handled at the theme level, by the theme author. See: https://devs.redux.io/guides/advanced/wpml-integration.html or have the theme author check into it.
We do not support themes that use Redux. Issues with a given theme falls under the domain of support the theme author provides.

I do not tag random people I do those who are involved with my problem. From 27 Feb 2020 and no solution has been found, so you understand my patience is exhausted. I have been using plugins / themes (free / premium) for 10+ years and I have never encountered anything like it.
I hope you are right as soon as I sent for the umpteenth time to the theme author.
I am sorry for your frustration and waning patience, but I, and Redux as a whole, have absolutely nothing to do with your issue. You’re complaint is with the theme author. Not us. We provided the theme author with the tools to create and manage an options panel. What they do with those tools is on them, not us. Personally, I do not wish to be dragged into this and would prefer to not be tagged in further posts. If the theme author won’t support their work, you can always go to Envato and and register a complaint. Good luck.
Thank you for clarifying your position to the point where you are involved as a team, it is understood by me and I give you my word that I will not tag you again on this issue. I think you also understood my position because it is something that has been going on for a long time and I have not gotten along with the theme author and there is a serious problem. The topic with you is considered over I have sent a message to the theme author as I said before and I hope to find an end this time.
