Big Problem with Theme my Login

    Hi all, Hi Radiok,

    first i want to thank radiok for this great plugin! I know how much time it does cost to create and keep up such a “little” project and he has my full respect!

    To my Problem:
    We did upgrade to the latest WordPress version recently and now we run into two different problems: with enabled Theme My Login and Register Plus Redux at the same time data from the registration-page is not stored. wether the first name, last name, nor the additional fields. second problem is, that the function “moderate new users” is not working. this can be fixed by using a third plugin (for example “confirm registration”), but the first problem cannot be solved and we need both plugins. can you fix that problem anyhow? Maybe you can work together with the guy from the theme my login plugin? i mean, this combination is not rare i think…. so many users would be glad to see this solved. if i can do something for you to solve this, please let me know! if you will not have a look for that, because maybe you dont care compatibility, please let me know also, then i have to look for complete another solution!

    I just installed both Register Plus Redux and Theme my Login tonight and I am having the same issues. When I filled out the registration form and put my first and last name in, neither got assed into the user account. I have an additional issue to add to it as well, if I have it set up to let the user pick their own password (either in Theme my Login or in the Redux plugin) then it won’t send an email to the end user once they register. It sets up the password but never notifies the customer that the account is set up.

    I am having this problem too. It’s imperative that Theme My Login works with Register Plus Redux. A lot of people are going to want this plugin combination.

    Been almost a week since the first post on this and nothing yet from the developer…guess it’s time to start looking for another solution and forget this plugin 🙁

    adenicol, be fair and give Radiok some time – maybe he has to earn some money…! and always remember, that this plugin is available for free and he does this job without getting anything for the development!

    Faire enough. I wasn’t expecting him to drop everything to jump on this but to acknowledge the problem and say it was something that would be looked into or not would have been nice so I people would know if they should look elsewhere or wait for an update.

    I’m experiencing the same problem and I’m not sure how to fix it. I’d like to know if anyone has had any luck with this.

    I did create my own login and register-page in php which i include from a static page with a php-execute-plugin (i forgot the name) and removed theme my login completely and register plus redux works just fine now… but that was 10 hours of work…. and customer is not satisfied because he don’t understand… that’s a asfucking job…

    if somebody like to have the content for the php-files… feel free to ask me…

    and i’ll mark this as solved – although the problem is not solved by plugin..but for me…
