Big Problem With Redirecting

Hello sir,
can u please tell me why this plugin is not working on my high resolutions images and on some which redirect it its like this
http://mysiteurl.com/postname.html/postname and my image dont show on it
it has to be like http://mysiteurl.com/postname.html only
