# BIG iSSUE Please help

 * I have no idea how this happened and I cant even log onto the site. Below is 
   the error. Is there anyway to retrieve my site.
 * Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE, expecting T_STRING
   or T_VARIABLE or T_NUM_STRING in /home1/lizbfit/public_html/wp-content/themes/
   customizr/functions.php on line 247

 * Sounds like someone has been editing the theme instead of creating a child theme.
   Re-download a fresh copy of the theme, extract the functions.php file and upload
   it to the wp-content/themes/customizr folder using FTP.

   where is your site hosted?

 * yes. I did try and do that and obviously failed in a big way.
    The site is hosted
   on wordpress I believe. I was doing a friend a favor. Ill find out asap

 * Looks like it’s hosted on Network Solutions – you’ll need to get access to the
   site files on the server via FTP or Cpanel to fix this, so check on their support
   site about how to set that up.

 * Once I find out where the site is hosted I can go into the content folder and
   replace the php file? Is that what you are telling me to do?

 * Yep, download a new copy of the theme to your local computer and then replace
   that file – which you’ll find in:
 *     ```
       wp-content
          themes
             customizr
                 functions.php
       ```

 * BTW, there’s a very simple way to do what you initially asked – using just one
   bit of CSS – so once you get this problem sorted – post back in the other thread
   and someone can help you get that done too :).
