 * Will Participants Database be able to handle big datasets, say a couple of million
   rows? Has anybody tried this?
 * If PD uses a strategy like ‘load all data and search in memory’ this will certainly
   not work in my case, but if the search is done in the database and ‘data is fetched
   a page at a time’ PD would be able to handle big datasets as well.

 * No reason why it wouldn’t work. We don’t manage data by loading it into memory,
   searches are made directly to the database server. We’ve tried to make the code
   as efficient as possible…given that it is working within the WordPress platform.
 * How well this works is largely going to depend on the performance of your database
   and web server.
