Big Autoptimize files (2 + MB)

    Hi there,

    Hope there’s someone that can help me out a little bit.

    Autoptimize is setting big files on https://motorcare-brabant.nl.

    1,2 MB CSS File + 0,7 MB JS File

    I’m trying to optimize the website’s loading speed but whatever I do it only seems to be increasing.

    Afraid Autoptimize simply combines all the JS & CSS used on your site, which indeed a quite a lot. wp-content/plugins/js_composer/assets/css/js_composer.min.css for example is nearly half a megabyte already, the revolution slider JS is over 300KB. If you need to get those numbers down, you will have to re-think which plugins you use I’m afraid, as AO cannot remove CSS or JS code, is can only minify it.
