    Hi,

I’ve set the bid incremental to $20 but it still allows user to bid $1 more. Could you please help?

This happens on the first bid only.

If start price is $80 and bid increment is $20. The first bid can still bid at $81 when it should be $100 minimum for first bid.

    Hi @wanlapat ,

We have read both your posts and it seems that you are expectation is not correct and let me tell you why.

We have a field “Opening Price” which you have mentioned in this post as “Starting Price”. This field means that anyone can place a first bid of either $80 or more than that. Please note that it is an opening price and you can place $1000 also because $1000 is more than $80.

Now, once the opening price has been placed then the role of incremental value will kick in and for incremental value of $20 would mean that next bid will be either equal to Opening Price + Incremental or more than that.

This is how plugin has been programmed to work.

If your expectation is something else then your requirement is different and you are most welcome to edit the logic and make it work for you.

    Regards,
    Nitesh
