Bible extract is not displaying

    Hi there,
    I’ve installed this plugin (v2.3.1) on a test site to see if it does what we need. It looks good, but the one major problem I’ve noticed is that when hovering over the bible reading the bible extract does not display. It just says ‘Loading…’ but it doesn’t seem to ever load.
    I’ve tried changing the bible version but non of them are working

    Any ideas?

    It’s running wordpress 4.7.4, and Genesis 2.5.0 themeframework.

    I’ve tried it with the wordpress default twenty seventeen theme and no other plugins activated, and the problem still occurs.

    Hey @chrisscottuk,

    2.3.2 has been released with the fix for this issue.

    Note: ESV version will not work on secure websites (those that start with https://). Others will work now.

    Thanks for the amazing turnaround – it works really well now!

    Just as an aside – noticing the fix for the archive page, using the shortcode functionality still lacks the bibl.ly links – not sure if this is by design or not, but thought I should let you know. You can see if on my website using the link above – that links to a page with the shortcode, not the standard archive page.
