  • I understand, but you did get the login details from simonr right? So you should be able to reproduce it there and then try to copy the configuration of his WP site to yours and see where it goes wrong? Just trying to help.
    Thanks.

Yes, but this didn’t help. I need a comfortable level of access – FTP, Cpanel etc. WP admin is not enough.

    Having the same problem today.
Happy to give you acces to my BlueHost at “comfortable level” as I may leave them if you are unable to resolve. (my contract is up)

It would be easy for me to duplicate the site to whichever host you have experienced successful installs with other users. So if it help you solve the issue, me not have to rebuild my autoresponder, or find a more suitable host I’m all for it.

OK, please send me access (I don’t see your contact details). I mostly need FTP and admin access. May eventually need Cpanel access but for the moment FTP & WP admin is enough.

Also please tell me did you try the cron job option?

    Ok will send.

No havent tried the cron option as there was some speculation about it’s effectiveness and I would have to undo to use any other plugin.

But as I am also having another one on the plugin’s nemesis problems (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/import-failure-5) on my install I thought you might want to take a look as is.

I’m on Bluehost Shared so should be a fairly common situation.
Please stand by for login info being sent to admin email.

    OK, waiting for the info.

“No havent tried the cron option as there was some speculation about it’s effectiveness and I would have to undo to use any other plugin.”

Not sure what you mean here. I mean the cron job option in the Arigato Settings page. Not disabling WP Cron. If you choose the real cron job option then the sending will be started only when the proper URL is called and I think this should avoid the odd behavior. This doesn’t reflect anything about the work of other plugins.

“But as I am also having another one on the plugin’s nemesis problems “

You mean you have problems importing subscribers?

I had this problem when hosting on BlueHost.

Not sure why this was happening and BlueHost couldn’t help. So I moved my site off BlueHost and the problem went away.
