Beyond impressed with their support

The additional elements are good – I paid for the full version to use some of the premium widgets which are all very versatile. I am writing this however as I had a great experience with their support team. Quality products are one thing, but post-purchase support is a true mark of a good business, and I feel like I my expectations for support these days is at an all time low. But I was pleasantly surprised when I opened a ticket with Unlimited Elements. I had an issue with a widget that was preventing me from using it fully, and Denys on their support team responded within a day providing a customized version of the widget for me to use.
