Better the second time around

If it weren’t for the representative Sagar I’d be giving a one star. The first rep I work with were absolutely horrible. They did a terrible job “explaining” the most bovice of details, sometimes avoud my questions completely and even got snarky with me at one point. I had to threaten to contact visa to get my money refund until they assigned me Sagar. He was excellent! He gave very descriptive and understandable instruction for the novice for every step of the process. My suggestion for the company: Find more people like him and toss those like the previous rep
