Better Search returning results with HTTP ERROR 500

Is there a way to remove the results from Better Search results that link to an inexistent/unavailable location?
http://www.solregis.net/?s=hub&submit=Search
When I do the search above and click on the first result, I am presented with a result that links to:
http://www.solregis.net/solano-county-open-data/solanogeohub/#main.This request returns an error: “This page isn’t working http://www.solregis.net is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500”
Is there a way I could remove the results that lead to this ERROR 500?
