# Better Plugin Search

 * Jon W articulated my need perfectly three years ago in [https://wordpress.org/support/topic/suggestion-better-plugin-search](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/suggestion-better-plugin-search)
   but, as far as I can tell, no such filtering has been introduced.
    Surely all
   of us are likely to be more interested in plug-ins that are still being actively
   supported and are compatible with the latest version of WordPress?
