If you are still facing the issue please share the screenshot of the email log with the log error so that I can check and assist you further.

Regarding your query, I would like to suggest you to make sure your website has enabled SSL. Once you confirm SSL please check the email issue with SMTP and let me know how it goes. Try to send a test email from the SMTP platform. Also, please check the Better Payment settings carefully for email from Dashboard => Better Payment => Settings => Email.
