 * This plugin is awesome for staging a site under another name then moving it to
   the live domain name, or copying a site from one domain name to another. You 
   can run it before or after the move. If you do it after the move, you will need
   to manually update the site urls in your db options table then run it to change
   the site url pointers everywhere else in the db.
