You’re using a commercial theme/plugin, so please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

I just want to delete a template because I chose it with errors.

If you’d like to show a screenshot, upload it to imgur.com and post a link to that here.

You can remove the theme via FTP or through your hosting control panel’s file manager app. Go to wp-content/themes/ and delete the theme you uploaded. WordPress will fall back to using twentyseventeen.
