It can vary depending on what plugins and other hacks you may wish to implement. I installed the latest CVS changes last night, and so far everything looks good.
I’m just thinking of playing around with it, getting used to the interface, etc. I’m installing it locally on my computer; it’s not going to be a full internet publication. I just wanted something that worked.
