Best WordPressTheme Builders

Hi forum.

I’m currently doing research for a theme builder, (I hate to admit it but Im HTML/CSS illiterate)… But there seems to be so many. The question I’d like to ask and get an answer from some experienced users is, which builder is the pioneer for wordpress, like Photoshop is to photo editing. There must be a rank of some sort. For example Photoshop is considered complex but with strong capabilities and tools. Then come other photo editors like corel, GIMP etc etc. So which them builder would it be good investing time and money to purchase?

PS: please take into consideration, that I’d like to learn a theme builder for complex wordpress design.
