 * I think this is the best cache plugin (and it’s free!) for WordPress hands-down.
   Quick Cache is the only caching plugin that supports full caching across all
   devices (mobile, tablet, desktop, etc.). It is both very effective and fast,
   but also simple to use. You just turn it on, and it works. No complex options
   to set.
 * Yes, it requires PHP 5.3 or better. Yes, it will break your site if you don’t
   have the proper requirements. That’s why you’re supposed to install upgrades
   in a test environment before going live with it so you can work out any of the
   possible problems that may occur. It took a couple of work arounds on my sites
   to get it right with the upgraded version before I went live with it.

 * If you have PHP 5.3 why would you need any “work arounds”?
 * I’ve had no problems on 4 local sites and I’ve just checked with my hosting provider
   that they are running PHP 5.3, which they are.
 * I’d not planned for any “work arounds”.
 * What did you have to do?

 * [@gr8fl](https://wordpress.org/support/users/gr8fl/) Thanks so much! I’m thrilled
   that you’re enjoying the plugin. 🙂
 * [@hillers54](https://wordpress.org/support/users/hillers54/) He probably has
   some custom stuff implemented on his site that required workarounds. If you’re
   running PHP 5.3+ and a standard installation of the latest version of WordPress,
   there are no “workarounds” necessary to run Quick Cache. 🙂

 * I am using Weaver Pro. That meaning when I load on Iphone a non-cached page,
   it will be created a cached version for that mobile type ?
    Is there a way to
   check Page Source on mobiles like we do on desktops ? Thank you !

 * [@hillers54](https://wordpress.org/support/users/hillers54/) – I had to upgrade
   to PHP 5.3 since my host did not do that automatically on legacy sites, as well
   as take care of a slight customization. It was painless and worth the little
   trouble I spent to do that.

 * Thanks [@gr8fl](https://wordpress.org/support/users/gr8fl/)
    I’ve not updated
   QC on any of my live sites but I will this weekend and I’ll also buy the premium
   version.
 * Quick Cache is still the “easiest to install” caching plugin that I’ve found.

 * I really liked it until I found that on IE and Safari, my sidebar had vanished!
   It was fine on Chrome. FYI using WP 3.8 and Theme Thesis 2. If you have any ideas
   on this I’d be very interested to hear.

 * [@keithrowley](https://wordpress.org/support/users/keithrowley/) Could you please
   open a [new support thread](http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/quick-cache)
   for that issue so that I can look into that?
