Best way to include data from databse in page

Hi,

It could likely be that the p tags are being added by the WP editor.

There are 2 ways around this:

1) You can prevent insertions of the p tag:

2) You can create a template for the page that you need the php code on.

I would recommend option 2 because:

– It eliminates the need for a plugin that enables php in pages
– It can be argued that such a plugin is not safe – for example a malicious user could insert php into any page
– You can hardcode your php code that calls your php database function in the template, and never have to worry about WP adding p tags
