can I know what are those two types of events? you can use placeholder for this and/or use custom event attribute
http://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/placeholders/
http://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/event-attributes/
For example, I’d like to be able to sort the events into “festivals” and “concerts.”
The concert event pages will show less information.
You can see a festival event page here: http://familyoffestivals.com/events/tomorrowworld-2013/
The concert pages won’t need to show:

Pet
RV
Kids
I’m familiar with both placeholders and event-attributes, I just need a little directionfrom someone who has done what I’m trying to do (or knows how)
Is “festivals” and “concerts.” are event categories? if yes, I think you can use conditional placeholders for this like {has_category_X} content {/has_category_X} in Events > Settings > Formatting > Events > Default single event format then use placeholders in your the conditional placeholders
http://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/conditional-placeholders/
http://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/placeholders/
I tried doing it like this and it didn’t work:
{has_category_concert} #_ATT{/has_category_concert}
and
{has_category_267(category id)} #_CUSTOMATT{/has_category_267}
I think I’m misunderstanding how this is done. Any help is appreciated!
Both the #_ATT and #_CUSTOMATT are symbolizing my custom attributes.
