Best way to get Subscribers?

    I have just launched a new website – I migrated it over from a joomla site that had been doing nothing for a while. On this site I want to try to encourage as many people as possible to sign up via email to get weekly updates of new posts.

    I want to make it as easy as possible for them to put in their email and register on the site etc – what is the best way to do this?

    There are many ways to do this. One free way to allow users to register is to use feedburner.

    That said, just because you have a subscribe feature doesn’t mean that people will use it. Focus on forming relationships and get your promotion plan together. Building a brand will take time so don’t expect magic to occur overnight.
