# Best technical support ever!

 * I had a query about using tag fields with ChimpMatic Lite. Not being that skilled
   with forms, Renzo literally walked me through a detailed explanation of what 
   I needed to do. He was extremely patient, understanding and was willing to take
   the time to ensure I was following his instructions. It’s not often I get good
   technical support for plugins, especially for free versions. But this was above
   and beyond. Renzo is not only great…he’s outstanding. The plugin itself is awesome
   and to have such brilliant tech support is a major bonus.Thanks Renzo!
