 * Hi, ive been searching for a while and i haven’t been able to figur out what 
   is the best solution for displaying categories as a tag cloud.
 * I need something that works with 2.1 and i need also to display the cloud later
   on an external page. I guess using an include or something.
 * Can you recomend me the best way of achieving what i need?
