# Best support for Multisite

 * I am having no luck getting my multisite going. Only my first website will work.
   I get error messages on any new site I set up and I have tried everything. I 
   am getting no help from Bluehost relative to tech support on multisite.
 * My question:
 * Is Bluehost the best host provider relative to tech support i.e. do they go the
   extra mile, or is there another provider that goes further and would help me 
   with something like multisite troubleshooting? When I ask Bluehost for help regarding
   multisite, the answer I get is, ‘We are not web developers’. Seems to me they
   could take the time to get me running if they wanted to. But they dont want to.
   What do you all think?

 * Regular web hosts won’t provide you tech support (normally). If you need really

 * Keep in mind, most managed hosts don’t give you super brilliant Multisite help.
   It’s just not in the cards because Multisite really requires YOU to know what
   you’re doing.
