We installed the latest Pro version of the theme, had some bugs to sort out because it had been a very long time since we upgraded from version 1.1 (our fault), however the support team sorted it all out for us, great support. From now on we will continue with all new released versions, so we are never out of date.

I download Jewellery theme on my website but it didnt come with plug-in and content(pictures,etc) Can you please help me out?

Lite theme does, not content demo content so you have to follow the below documentation link which helps you to set up your homepage.
