 * I am a photographer, and my portfolio is almost setup, but I am wondering what
is the best way to upload images? Should I upload a high quality photo, but resize
it to Large? Should I upload a lower quality image, and leave it at full size?
Are there any plugins that could help? I want the images to load fast, but have
great quality. The theme I am using is called PictureThis, and it uses prettyPhoto(
   Lightbox). Thanks.

 * then you need to compress the images by yourself, to prevent more quality loss
   or try using [wp-smush](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-smushit/).
 * you can use thumbnail/medium size in your post and linked it into original size,
so visitors only load the “big” when they click it (via lightbox).
