Best host for wordpress.

    Hello, I want to make a site using wordpress, I have some CSS knowledge and am currently learning HTML. So I want a site builder and also some themes. I want to get wordpress via wordpress.org, so I want to find a good and cheap host which allows easy wordpress hosting. I saw bluehost.com but it is very costly. Godaddy.com is much cheaper but people say that its not good. And after I install wordpress, will I be able to get themes and will editing be easy just as wordpress.com? And will I need HTML to create the site after installing with wordpress? (I do know the basics of HTML).
