• We evaluated different solutions for a support tool / ticket system. SupportCandy offers a well-designed solution that is not only a great solution for public wp sites and shops, but a great alternative for any inhouse (IT) teams that need a ticket system to support their inhouse customers.

    It is well documented, and we managed to implement all features we required for our (public) use case without help. Nevertheless, we wanted to use a different payment option for purchasing the premium feature bundle which hasn’t been an issue and was swiftly arranged and handled by the support team.

    All in all, one of the best WP Plugins we are using.
