Best Forum to Integrate with WP?

I’m looking for a pretty robust forum to integrate with wordpress so that my users only need to signup once and have access to both forum (to make threads, post, etc) and wp (to make comments on postings, etc). I like the features of PHPBB. is there anything to make the two communicate?

I have a word press blog, I want to add two domains using wordpress, how do I add the two domains without downloading WP to each one? I tried plugin WP hive but it didn’t work! I am looking to hire someone with low prices to help me with adding the two domains using word press.
