Best FAQ plugin I’ve found for WordPress

This plugin seems to be able to handle any situation I have come across where an accordion FAQ was needed. It seems to be well-written and generally functions well.

However, there are a couple of minor annoyances that keep me from giving it five stars.

First, if you purchase and enter the license key, you receive the message “Congratulations! Your license key activated successfully.” That’s great, except even after refreshing the page, the message “(You are using free version)” is still present. It’s like the plugin never understands the pro version has been activated because you are also still nagged about upgrading.

Second, the documentation is a bit weak. This is a very capable plugin with a ton of features. It has a fairly steep learning curve. The support was generally timely and accurate, although I would have preferred to follow good documentation for the setup. While there are some demos included, it would be beneficial for newbies if there were more demos and better documentation.
