# Best Development Practices

 * I have developed in Drupal and now going to be doing a site in WP. The best way
   to develop in Drupal is to make the site in XHTML, CSS and JS then translate 
   it into Drupal. I will be doing a custom theme. Is this the best practice for
   WP as well?
