 * In your opinion, what’s the best code editor (non-WYSIWYG) for editing and managing
   WordPress source files? Choices include Eclipse, PHP Storm, Dreamweaver, Sublime
   Text 2, NotePad++, Aptana, Komodo Edit, TextMate, and many, many more.

 * Quite a few people use NotePad++ but I prefer TextPad myself.
